Cancellation Policy

We get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Hair.by.Dawsyn has a 50% cancellation/no show fee if you cancel 12 hours before your appointment or if you don’t arrive within the 15 minute grace period. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Hair.by.Dawsyn at 5598363909 or dawsynmello13@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule. Refunds are not able to be issued
